Crown Visual Studio photography brings a full mobile studio to your office for team headshot days, and covers conferences, seminars and corporate events across Melbourne. Every image is edited and delivered in a private online gallery, ready for your website, LinkedIn, annual reports and media releases.

Prefer to come to us? Team headshots in our South Melbourne studio are $150 per person, and the Team Headshot Social adds a private four-hour get-together at the studio. Just one person? A Professional Headshot is 30 minutes, 3 retouched images, $150.

Team headshot days at your office

Half day $1,000 · full day $1,700

• Half day: up to 9 people, about 4 hours. Full day: 10 to 20 people, about 7 to 8 hours
• Full mobile studio set up in your boardroom, office floor or a venue you choose: lighting, backdrop and tethered capture, so everyone sees their photos on screen
• Everyone photographed on the same setup, so the whole team matches, and new starters can be added later on the identical setup
• 2 retouched images per person; extra people $150 each; group photos on request
• Flat $150 travel and setup fee for on-site days

Conference and event photography

Conferences, seminars, launches and corporate events across Melbourne, from a single session to multi-day programs. Coverage starts at $500 for a 2-hour minimum, then $200 per hour, with half-day, full-day and multi-day conference rates on request. In 2026 we photographed a four-day international conference from opening to close.

How a corporate booking works

1. Contact us with the date, the venue, the number of people or the event program, and what the photos are for.
2. We confirm the plan: a running order for team headshot days, about 15 minutes per person, or a shot list for your event.
3. On the day we set up before your team arrives and work around your schedule.
4. Edited images arrive in a private online gallery, sized for the web and for print. Team headshot galleries are delivered within 7 business days.

Add-ons

• Extra retouched images: $70 each
• Makeup artist: $250 per session in the studio; quoted for on-site days

Any room with enough space for a backdrop and lights works, such as a meeting room or a clear corner of the office. Send us a photo of the space and we will confirm it suits.

Yes. Tell us the colour before the day and we will set it up, at no charge.

Yes. Send us the event program and the number of people who need headshots, and we will plan the day around both.

Do you work outside the CBD?

Yes, across Melbourne. On-site team headshot days have a flat $150 travel and setup fee wherever you are.
