Headshots for LinkedIn, your CV and your whole team
Professional headshots take 30 minutes and do years of work: on LinkedIn, on your company’s team page, on your CV and in your email signature. At Crown Visual Studio in South Melbourne we photograph individuals in the studio, and whole teams in the studio or at your office, with the same lighting and the same clean background for everyone, so the finished set looks like it belongs together.
The studio is at Unit 320/87 Gladstone St, South Melbourne: private, air-conditioned, with parking on site and a short tram ride from the CBD and Southbank.

Team Headshots – In Studio
$150 per person (minimum 2 people)
- 2 retouched images per person
- Everyone on the same background and lighting, so the set matches

Half day $1,000 · up to 9 people, about 4 hours
Full day $1,700 · 10 to 20 people, about 7 to 8 hours

Team Headshot Social
$1,200 for up to 8 people · each extra person $120, up to 16
Book the studio for 4 hours and get headshots for the whole team and a relaxed get-together in the same afternoon. Bring your own catering and drinks, at no extra charge.
- Private use of the studio for 4 hours, with chairs and a kitchenette
- 200-inch screen and 7.1 surround sound for speeches, presentations or a slideshow
- 2 retouched headshots per person, plus group photos
- Weekday daytime price; evening or weekend start +$160

Add-ons. Makeup artist in the studio, $250 per session, or bring your own stylist. Travel outside the Melbourne CBD is quoted separately. Extra retouched images $70 each, chosen after you have seen your photos.

What to wear
Solid colours and simple patterns work best; busy prints and logos pull attention away from your face. Wear what you would wear to an important meeting: professional, but still you. If you are unsure, bring two options and we will pick what works on camera.
For teams, give everyone one simple rule to follow, plain tops and no logos, rather than a uniform. The matching background does the rest.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a headshot session take?
30 minutes for one person. For teams, allow about 15 minutes per person.
When do I get my photos?
Individual sessions are usually delivered the same day. Team galleries are delivered within 7 business days.
Can the background match our brand colours?
Yes. Tell us the colour before the session and we will set it up. There is no charge for this.
I feel awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?
Most of our clients are not professional models. You get step-by-step guidance on posture, chin placement and expression, and you see the results on screen as we go.
Do you offer hair and makeup?
Yes, a makeup artist is $250 per session in the studio. You are also welcome to bring your own stylist.
Can I get more images afterwards?
Yes. Extra retouched images are $70 each, and you decide after seeing your photos.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, with at least 24 hours’ notice, at no charge.
Is there parking?
Yes, on site. Let us know when you book and we will arrange access.
Where else can I use the photos?
Microsoft Teams, Slack and Zoom profiles, company About Us pages, conference programs and press releases.
